Network changes that inadvertently effect machine operation such as changes to broadband service, switches, routers etc. Adding additional computers to the printing/scanning solution. Testing of network interfaces, cable runs and IP addressing. Remote support – Up to 4, 15 minute blocks per month. Site Visits – Where problems cannot be resolved remotely. (1 Per month, up to 1 Hr) It is important to understand that by nit subscribing to our Network Support Service your primary route for support with printing and scanning issues would be your IT provider. We can liaise with your provider and advise, but if you want us to investigate and resolve a non-copier connectivity issue, it becomes chargeable outside the normal T&C’s of the service agreement. Reasons for opting in. We know our hardware better than a third party IT firm, we have best practice, known issues and possible restrictions. If a third party is charging hourly, it is likely to be costly and take longer than BAYtek to resolve the issue. You don't have an IT provider or uses one ad-hoc.
