Device Security

uniFlow integrates with the Multi Functional Device technology to ensure no unauthorised use of the device. When access is given, it is logged and stored for future monitoring and manipulation. uniFlow can also enable different capabilities to different users depending on their job role and what they should be printing. uniFlow even allows you to examine printed, scanned and faxed documents for keywords.

uniFlow may recommend the use of a non local printing device, in the past this may have resulted in that document being picked up by another member of staff, however with uniFlow you can hold a print job in the device until the user is present at that machine for secure release.

Cross device compatability

With uniFlow Universal Printer Driver, you can print on any device in your network regardless of manufacturer and be assured you will obtain the same output

When the user gets to the printer they have selected for their print job, they are authenticated using one of a variety of methods including fingerprints, access cards and PIN numbers. uniFlow also allows dynamic modification of which printer you wish to use, ensuring that in the event of a problem, you can switch printing devices to print your document quickly
