At BAYtek we take pride in an average call out response time of under 4 hours and guaranteed 1 hour technical phone support. All our engineers are DBS checked and we have a 97% first time fix rate!

Service Agreements explained;
If you’ve only ever used a cartridge based machine, you may be concerned by tying yourself into a service contract – but there is no need to worry, this is how a service agreement works;
You will have a fixed copy cost for colour and black and white prints. Once a month we call or email you to ask for a meter reading. This tells us how many mono pages and how many colour pages you have produced and we simply invoice you for this amount, based on your cost per copy. The cost per page includes everything you need to run the machine, all you need to add is paper! All toners, parts, servicing, breakdowns, labour, call outs and consumables such as drums will not incur a charge so you have complete peace of mind and will be well looked after by BAYtek.
